Experimenting with Python

I’m getting married soon and was looking for a way to easily create QR codes for our wedding website. There are free ways of creating QR codes online of course but its cooler to make it yourself..with python because I can. The code can be easily found online and I have included it below:

import qrcode
input_data = "https://zola.com/wedding/dirtyalandsoulnate"

qr = qrcode.QRCode(

        version=1,

        box_size=15,

        border=10)

qr.add_data(input_data)

qr.make(fit=True)

img = qr.make_image(fill='black', back_color='white')

img.save('qrcode.png')

Kirby Planter – Gradient color PLA. Printed with a higher in fill so it won’t collapse if its used as a planter
Giant Gnome – 0% infill. Printed with gradient color PLA. I know the quality is horrible, working on getting a higher quality camera that is compatible with the Raspberry PI and Octoprint.
Wicker Bowl – Printed with Wood PLA 1.7MM

Testing timelapse plug-in with Octoprint. The timelapse function thats built into Octoprint absolutely sucks so I’m glad I found a plug in that makes it look alot smoother.
